The Baume & Mercier Riviera 10679 impresses with its distinctive dodecagonal stainless steel case with a diameter of 36 mm and a height of 9.57 mm. The polished and satin-finished finishes give the watch an elegant yet sporty aesthetic. The blue dial with satin-finished sunburst finish and unique wave pattern evokes the connection between the mountains and the ocean, inspired by the lifestyle of the French Riviera. The dial is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both sides, which ensures optimal readability.
Movement and technology
Inside the Riviera 10679, the reliable Swiss automatic movement Sellita SW200 works with 26 jewels. It offers a power reserve of 38 hours and beats at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, ensuring precise timekeeping.
Bracelet and wearing comfort
The integrated stainless steel bracelet blends seamlessly into the case and underlines the harmonious design of the watch. Equipped with a triple safety folding clasp, it offers a secure hold and high wearing comfort for everyday use. Thanks to Baume & Mercier’s “Fast Strap” interchangeable system, the strap can be easily replaced without tools to enhance the wearer’s individual style.
Functionality
The Riviera 10679 displays hours, minutes and seconds and has a date display at 3 o’clock. The Roman numerals and indexes coated with Superluminova and the faceted, rhodium-plated hands ensure good readability even in low light conditions. With a water resistance of up to 5 ATM (approx. 50 meters), the watch is suitable for everyday use.
