The Fortis Flieger F-39 Liberty Blue with reference number F4220026 pays homage to the rich history of pilot’s watches and combines classic design with modern watchmaking.
Housing and design
The 39 mm case is made of recycled stainless steel and gives the watch a timeless elegance. The blue dial with fine grain is clearly structured and allows for quick readability. The 12-hour bidirectional rotating bezel with 24 clicks provides additional functionality. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides protects the dial from scratches and reflections.
Movement and technology
Inside the watch is the mechanical automatic movement UW-30 with a power reserve of approx. 38 hours. This reliable movement ensures precise timekeeping and a long service life.
Bracelet and wearing comfort
The teak brown leather strap with pin buckle adapts harmoniously to the case and offers a high level of comfort and a secure hold.
Functionality
The watch has a date display at 3 o’clock, which is highlighted by a magnifying glass in the sapphire crystal. The hands and indices coated with Super-LumiNova® ensure excellent legibility even in poor lighting conditions. With a water resistance of up to 200 meters (20 ATM), the watch is ideal for everyday use and water sports activities.
