The Fortis Flieger F-43 Triple-GMT with the reference number F4260000 is a precisely crafted pilot’s watch that combines traditional design with modern watchmaking.
Housing and design
The 43 mm case is made of brushed titanium, which gives the watch a robust yet elegant appearance. The 12-hour GMT bidirectional rotating bezel allows for easy setting of a second time zone. The vertically brushed black dial is clearly structured and ensures optimal readability. A sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides protects the dial from scratches and reflections.
Movement and technology
Inside the watch is the mechanical automatic movement WERK 13, an in-house caliber developed in collaboration with Kenissi. It offers an impressive power reserve of 70 hours and is certified as a chronometer by the official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute (COSC).
Bracelet and wearing comfort
The titanium bracelet with folding clasp blends harmoniously into the case design and offers a high level of comfort and a secure hold.
Functionality
The watch has a date display at 3 o’clock. The Super-LumiNova-coated® hands and indexes ensure excellent readability even in low light conditions. With a water resistance of up to 200 meters (20 ATM), the watch is ideally suited for daily use and water sports activities.
