The Junghans max bill quartz (reference 41/7872.02) embodies the essence of Bauhaus design and combines timeless aesthetics with modern watch technology.
Housing and design
The 38 mm case is made of stainless steel with a gold-tone PVD coating that gives the watch an elegant touch. The matt silver-plated dial with clear Arabic numerals and fine minute track reflects the purist design of Max Bill. A domed sapphire crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both sides protects the dial and ensures optimal readability from different angles.
Movement and technology
Inside the watch is the precise J645.33 quartz movement, based on the ETA 955.112 caliber, which is appreciated for its reliability and accuracy. The watch has a date display at 3 o’clock, which can be conveniently adjusted by quick adjustment.
Bracelet and wearing comfort
The dark brown calfskin strap with fine decorative stitching complements the classic design and offers a high level of comfort. The gold-plated stainless steel pin buckle ensures a secure hold and harmoniously rounds off the noble appearance.
