The Junghans Meister Pilot Chronoscope Desert (reference 27/3398.00) combines classic pilot’s watch design with modern watchmaking and is an outstanding example of German precision.
Housing and design
The case is made of brown-black DLC-coated stainless steel and measures 43.3 mm in diameter with a height of 14.4 mm. The bidirectional rotating bezel with 12 concave notches underlines the sporty character of the watch. The sand-coloured dial with effect lacquer finish and historic Junghans logo is protected by a domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating on both sides, which ensures optimum readability. The distinctive luminous numbers and hands are provided with environmentally friendly luminous material, which makes the watch easy to read even in low light conditions.
Movement and technology
Inside the watch is the automatic movement caliber J880.4 with a power reserve of up to 38 hours. This precise movement controls the stop function with a 30-minute counter and small seconds.
Bracelet and wearing comfort
The sand-colored leather strap with rivet and DLC-coated pin buckle complements the elegant design of the watch and offers a high level of comfort. The high-quality materials and careful workmanship guarantee durability and a comfortable fit.
