The Mühle Glashütte S.A.R. Mission-Timer Titan (reference M1-51-03) is a reliable companion for demanding missions, which impresses with its robust construction and precise technology.
Housing and design
The case is made of lightweight and biocompatible titanium with a diameter of 43 mm and a height of 13 mm. The black ceramic bezel is scratch-resistant and frames a 2.5 mm thick, double-anti-reflective sapphire crystal for optimal readability. The screw-down crown and closed lugs underline the robust construction, while the caseback is engraved with the German coastline as well as the locations of Mühle-Glashütte and the German Maritime Search and Rescue Service (DGzRS).
Movement and technology
Inside, the automatic caliber SW 400-1 works in the mill version, equipped with the patented woodpecker neck adjustment for increased shock resistance and precision. The movement has a power reserve of up to 41 hours and offers functions such as stop-seconds and quick date correction.
Bracelet and wearing comfort
The black rubber strap with titanium folding clasp and integrated extension ensures a high level of comfort and a secure hold, even under extreme conditions. The screw-down strap bars increase the robustness and durability of the bracelet.
Functionality
The S.A.R. Mission Timer Titan provides a clear time and date display. The distinctive triangles at 3, 6, 9 and 12 o’clock, as well as the wide indices, are coated with Super-LumiNova and enable excellent readability day and night. The technical minute track allows precise timekeeping. With a water resistance of up to 50 bar (500 meters), the watch is suitable for professional diving missions.
