This iconic model impresses with a distinctive 44 mm cushion-sized stainless steel case and a height of approximately 15 mm — a powerful presence on the wrist. The case has been bead-blasted and surface-hardened with TEGIMENT technology – complemented by a black hard coating for maximum scratch resistance. In addition, the Ar dehumidification technology ensures increased functional and fogging reliability – pure technical sophistication. The matt black dial with a central 60-minute stop hand and an internal pilot’s bezel underlines the instrumental character of this watch.
Wristband and comfort
With a lug width of 22 mm and a solid weight of approx. 118 g without strap, the 140 St S conveys a noticeable value. The robust construction is aimed at discerning technology lovers – while the wearing comfort remains surprisingly high thanks to well thought-out proportions. Whether with a leather or metal strap, this model offers style and substance for modern everyday situations.
Functionality
Inside, the in-house chronograph caliber SZ01 works with automatic winding, 28,800 vibrations per hour and a central 60-minute stop hand – for excellent readability and true chronograph performance. Features such as pressure and vacuum resistance up to 10 bar (≈ 100 m), anti-magnetism according to DIN 8309, sapphire crystal and inner rotating bezel make this timepiece a real instrument.
