The Sinn 903 St II (reference 903.090) is a navigation chronograph that impresses with its technical sophistication and classic design.
Housing and design
The case is made of polished and satin-finished stainless steel with a diameter of 41 mm and a height of 14.5 mm. The electroplated black dial with sunburst finish is complemented by electroplated silver-plated counter circuits in a tricompax arrangement, giving the watch an elegant yet functional look. The hand-applied indices and the number 12 are made of hybrid ceramic luminescent elements that ensure excellent readability in the dark. A sapphire crystal crystal with an anti-reflective coating on both sides protects the dial, while the transparent sapphire crystal glass case back provides a glimpse into the finely refined movement.
Movement and technology
Inside the 903 St II, the LJP L110 mechanical lever mechanism with automatic winding works. This has 26 ruby jewels and beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour, which ensures precise timekeeping. When fully wound, the movement offers a power reserve of at least 60 hours. In addition, the watch is anti-magnetic according to DIN 8309.
Bracelet and wearing comfort
The watch comes with a high-quality, polished and satin-finished solid stainless steel bracelet, which ensures a high level of comfort and underlines the elegant aesthetics of the watch. The folding clasp ensures a secure fit on the wrist.
Functionality
The 903 St II offers central hour, minute and small seconds displays as well as a date display. The chronograph allows for precise timekeeping, and the logarithmic dial dial serves as a slide rule function that can be used to make calculations to determine times, distances or fuel consumption. The watch is waterproof and pressure-resistant up to 20 bar (200 m) and resistant to negative pressure, making it a reliable companion in a wide range of applications.
