The aspect of time is particularly important to us, because where you may have to wait up to 8 months elsewhere, we offer you the prospect of a complete revision in a maximum of 4 to 6 weeks.
And since transparency is our top priority, we will of course not only prepare a cost estimate for you before the start of the work to quantify the price incurred, but also go through all the work to be carried out on your watch in detail with you and discuss all further steps. Before the watch repair begins in our watchmaker’s workshop, an incoming inspection is always on the agenda for us. In this phase, the watch is thoroughly checked for its function before continuing in detail with a functional test of the movement and all movement parts in the movement. We will also carry out a test of the performance of the entire watch on your wristwatch in order to be able to test components such as the watch strap.
